First UK Contact Centre to set up in South Africa in 2003 - Led the company to successfully offshore and service their UK customers from Cape Town.

CEO Full Circle 2007 - Returned to South Africa and founded Full Circle, as a platform to position South Africa as the offshore destination for quality English speaking voice. Full Circle assisted companies such as Amazon, Bloomberg, Carphone Warehouse and many of the large BPOs to transition to South Africa, including Capita Group UK.

MD Capita SA - In 2012, Capita plc acquired Full Circle to offer an offshore alternative to its highly reputable customer base. In the years following acquisition, trusted UK brands such as O2, Marks and Spencer, British Airways, Dixons Carphone and British Gas chose South Africa as their destination of choice.

Sue holds a Master’s Degree in Human Science from the University of Stellenbosch and brings extensive experience in executive education, leadership development and organisational transformation.
