Education and Early Career: Franco holds a BA and LLB. He began his career in management positions at Auto & General in South Africa. In 1992, he moved to the UK and served as Group Director for Budget Insurance until 2005. During this period, he was part of a pioneering team that successfully launched the South African business in the UK.
Pioneering Offshore Services: In 2003, Franco led the establishment of one of the very first UK contact centers in South Africa, offshoring services to cater to UK customers from Cape Town. His innovative approach continued in 2007 when he founded Full Circle, positioning South Africa as a premier offshore destination for quality English-speaking voice services. Full Circle played a crucial role in helping major companies like Amazon, Carphone Warehouse, and Capita PLC transition their operations to South Africa.
Leadership in BPO Services: After Capita PLC acquired Full Circle in 2012, Franco became the Managing Director of Capita South Africa. Under his leadership, trusted UK brands such as O2, Marks and Spencer, British Airways, Dixons Carphone, and British Gas selected South Africa as their preferred offshore destination.
